He is survived by: his children, Curtis Church Jr. (Lisa), Theresa Moriarty, David Church (Nanette) and Joseph Church (Jen); his siblings, Joe Church (late Kim), Cylene Sisk, Bobby Church (Pat), Linda (Gourley) and Sammy Garland; Constance Church (Kovach). He is also survived by "Pops" to his 14 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren, family, Curt was a loving father, grandfather and great grandfather.
