With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Susanne Wolfe Hart of Melbourne, Florida, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Nancy Susanne Wolfe's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Nancy Susanne Wolfe has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Stanley Wolfe and Mervenia Wolfe; her husband Thomas William Hart; and her son Thomas William Hart Jr.. She is survived by : her children, Nancy Chandler, Rachel Orr (Randy), Stanley Hart (Linda) and Cameron Dunlap (Donna). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fountainhead Funeral Home (7359 Babcock St SE, Palm Bay, FL 32909, USA). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, May 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, the local animal shelter or charity of your choice.
