She was predeceased by: her parents, Ignacio Salgado and Ernestina Salgado; her sisters, Dolores Romero and Marie Elena Moreno; her brother-in-law Frank Moreno; her brother Richard Salgado; and her brother-in-law Jose Perez.
She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Humphrey; her children, Lisa Monticello, Jason Olivares and Justine Olivares; her siblings, Enriqueta Perez and Ignacio Salgado, Jr.; her grandchildren, Jacob Monticello, Alyssa Monticello, Elanna Torres (Martin Torres), Micheal Martinez and Jakhia Madden; and her great grandchildren, Ayden, Jeremiah, Ily, Mariana, Camden and Logan.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice or the Flagler County Humane Society.
