He was predeceased by: his mother Rosalina Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Diana Bejarano Garcia; his children, Bianca Garcia McKay (Nick), Efrain Garcia, III and Mikey Garcia; his father Efrain Garcia, Sr.; his stepmother Nilsa Serrano; his sister Yubetsy Garcia Alverez (Jose); and his grandchildren, Alexandra, Victoria, Romero, Catalina and Camila. He is also survived by many brother and sister in laws as well as nieces, nephews, cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made directly to Diana Garcia.
