She is survived by: her partner Otha Neal; her daughter Brittany Levandowski; her sisters, Patty Taylor and Maureen Reedy; her brother-in-law Walter Reedy; her brother Tom Cook; her sister-in-law Beth Cook; and also David Paritz. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
