John left this world on September 16, 2025 at the age of 92, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Unger and Maria Unger; his wife Rose; his children, Susan and Michael; and his siblings, Jakob, Mary and Joseph Unger.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Ariel Rodriguez; his sister Anna Unger Meyer; and his brother-in-law Steve Burghoffer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (4600 Belle Terre Pkwy, Palm Coast, FL 32164).
