He is survived by: his parents, Felix Hernandez Centeno and Maria Carmen Figueroa Camacho; and his children, Omar Hernandez (Naomi Nam Huiltron) of Cailfornia, Jennifer Hernandez (Tyler Moriarty) of Palmetto, FL, Michelle Hernandez of Palmetto, FL and Christian Hernandez of Palmetto, FL. He is also survived by Several brothers and three grandchildren.
