She was predeceased by : her parents, Edith McLaine and Arl McLaine; her brothers, Don McLain (Audry), Max McLain (Margaret) and Robert McLain; her grandson Tristan Evans; and her son-in-law Dr. Steven Greenfield.

She is survived by : her sister Arlene McMahon of Marion, Indiana; and her children, Jim Charnell (Cindy), Kenny Charnell (Faye), Shirley Greenfield, Linda Evans (Mark Bethel), Edie Edwards and Ray Charnell (Teresa). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
