With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julia Isabel Cantres-Lasen of Palmetto, Florida, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Julia Isabel may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ana Lasen; and her son Domingo Morales. She is survived by: her children, Santiago Morales (Nilda) of Ellenton, FL and Iveete Morales Colon (Carlos Garzon) of Palmetto, FL. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 20 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Et Skyway Mausoleum Chapel (5200 US-19, Palmetto, FL 34221). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Et Skyway Memorial Gardens (5200 US-19, Palmetto, FL 34221).
