She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lewis Stephens (J. L.) and Nannie Lou Stephens (Howell). She is survived by: her children, William Henry Rogers, Jr. (Debbie), Stephen Lewis Rogers, Carole Lynn Haile (Rogers) and Brian Keith Rogers, Sr. (Christina); and her grandchildren, Andrea, Julie, Jamie, Joshua and Brian. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
