He is survived by : his wife Catherine "Kitty" McCarthy Schouten; and his half-siblings, Frankie Cary (Myrtle) of Wichita, KS, Carl Schouten (Vicki) of Syracuse, KS, Frank Rotolo (Donna) of Hugoton, KS and Kathy Boote of Winnipeg, Canada..
