As Glenn departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Glenn may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Glenn leaves behind.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Frasier and Bonnie Frasier; and his grandson Zakk Boyette. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Frasier; his brother-in-law Calvin Cleghorn, Jr.; his nieces, Crystal Boyette and Glenda Power (Ralph); his grandchildren, Savanna, Justice Boyette, Trey and Tyler Power; and his sister Lottie Clyde Tillman.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Southerland Family Funeral Homes and Crematory (100 E 19th St, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
