Linda Kay Salinas Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 22, 2025, at the age of 73, Linda Kay Salinas of Panama City Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Linda Kay may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Linda Kay touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalmus Edward and Katie O'Dean Hamilton Ganus; her husband Frank Salinas; her sisters, Norma Ganus and Brenda Trapp; and her daughter Tammy Jones.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Farrell Jones, Jr. (Lisa) and Derek Edward Salinas (Renee); and her grandchildren, Zack Jones, Kayley Salinas and Kristen Salinas.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gardendale Heritage Funeral Home (2214 Decatur Hwy, Gardendale, AL 35071). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at the Glennwood Cemetery.
