He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores; and his sisters, Catherine, Gladys and Dorothy. He is survived by: his children, Becky Livingston (Frank) of Violet, LA, Deborah Heath (Kevin) of Panama City, Richard Sisk (Connie) of Fountain, Mike and Greg Hetzman of Mobile, AL; his grandchildren, April, Jessica, Melissa, Ashley, Haley, Matthew H, Logan, Kaleigh and Matthew S; and his great grandchildren, Alana, Landon, Brayden, Dylan, Cooper and Melody.
