With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jb Ellis Jr. (Panama City, Florida), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellis and Hazel Ellis; and his granddaughter Kayla. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Ellis; his children, Jim Ellis (Lisha), Sandy Moody (Vaughn), Tracey Cox (Grant) and Lisa Carter (Rocky); his grandchildren, Madison, Makinley, Molly, Praylee (The Baby), Daven and A. J.; and his sisters, Charlotte Rosen (Gary) and Gail Stephens (Tony). He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home and Cremation Services (247 N Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City, FL 32404). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
