She was predeceased by: her parents, John B. Young and Louise Young; her brother Mickey Young; and her son Russell Graham. She is survived by: her husband Neil Graham; her daughter Stephanie Graham Woodrum (Joel); and her grandchildren, Andrew Graham (Stacy), Brianna Johns (TJ), Christopher Woodrum, Katie Ballesteros (Victor) and Kevin Woodrum.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Andrew Primitive Baptist Church (2100 Michigan Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Memorial Gardens (3733 US-231, Panama City, FL 32404).
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory can be made to St. Andrew Primitive Baptist Church.
