She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Brown and Myrtle Brown (Kemp) of Callaway, FL; her husband James L. Williams (Willie) of Parker, FL; and her siblings, Mays Brown, Flynn Brown and Carolyn Peterson of Panama City, FL..

She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Williams of Charleston, SC and Barry G. Williams (Leslie) of Parker, FL; her grandson Leonard Wedekind of Denver, CO.; her siblings, Geraldine Waldrop of Parker, FL, Lehman Brown (Sharon) of Panama City, FL, Ronald Brown (Linda) of Panama City, FL and Rupert Brown (Cyndi) of Panama City, FL; her sister-in-law Mina Brown of Bonifay, FL; and her nieces, Rita Brown of Panama City, FL., Camille Autman of Panama City, FL. and Laura Weaver of Panama City, FL.. She is also survived by her numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, as the fun-loving Aunt.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Bay County Council on Aging.
