She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Leonard Kelly and Maldra Richards Kelly; and her sister Patricia Diamond of Panama City. She is survived by : her children, Cassandra Louise Louise McQuagge of Virginia Beach, VA and Jay Leonard McQuagge (Jennifer) of Panama City; and her granddaughter Haley Michael McQuagge of Panama City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Andrew United Methodist Church memorial fund in memory of Jo McQuagge.
