It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Ann Holloway Phelps of Panama City, Florida, born in Union Springs, Alabama, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest Charles Phelps; and her sisters, Grace Holloway Duncan and Gay Holloway Lane. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Phelps Lanier (Willie), Kathy Phelps Welliver (Doug), Dana Phelps Raybon (Michael), Rebecca Phelps Akins (Dan) and Micah David Phelps; and her brother James B. Holloway (Rhonda). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
