She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Warnick Hill (Joe) and Margarette Estella Hill (Thomlinson); and her brother Fredrick "Ricky" Joseph Hill. She is survived by : her husband Gary Keith Wisinger of Panama City, FL; her children, April Elaine Tucker (William "Bill") of Panama City, FL, Angela "Angie" Margarette Milner (James) of Lowell, AR, Kimberly "Kim" Renee Dahlman (Stewart) of Georgetown, KY and Jeremy Keith Wisinger (Carrie) of Warrenton, OR; her sisters, Jeannie Marie Massel (Edward) of Jacksonville, FL and Patricia "Trish" Sue Wilson (Alwyn) of Edgewater, FL; her grandchildren, Chase William Tucker (Angelia), Trey William Tucker (Cathryn), Kayla Renee Milner, Noah Scott Jairon Milner, Nathan Oliver Aoying Milner, Austin Wayne Curran, Zackery Dalton Curran, Anthony Nicholas Curran, Brandon Lee Curran and Hayden Keith Wisinger; and her great grandchildren, River Quinn Tucker, Pierce William Tucker, Arrow Flynn Tucker, Islay Fae Tucker and Castle Ridge Tucker. She is also survived by three sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law, eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
