Self Heck (Lenny) of Panama City; her grandchildren, Robert Self, III (Ashley), Pua Self Schmidt (Dan), Amelia Self Roberts (Andrew), Ashley Self, Garrett Self, Brandon Self, Austin J. Lance, Taylor E. Lange, Blakeley C. Eudaley and Jason E. Eudaley (Sarah); her great grandchildren, Carolina Lily Self, Atlas Lane, Apollo Lange and Natalia Eudaley; her sister Ruth Theill (late Wesley) of East Dubuque, IL; her stepsister Judy Windholtz (Jim); her daughter Sarah of Warranton, MO; her sister-in-law Merla Carl (late Glen) of Galena, IL; and her friends, Donna Bowie (Wi), Martha H. Carter, Pat Fenges and Jenny Cote. She was also cherished by nephews, and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be mede to the American Heart Association, the Ronald McDonald House, or to the Bay County Humane Society.
