He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Fowhand and Phoebe Fowhand. He is survived by: his brother Clark E. Fowhand, Sr.; his daughter Lisa Fowhand Johnson; his son-in-law James W. Johnson, Jr.; his son Philip W. Fowhand, Jr.; and his grandsons, Dr. Wesley Johnson (Nicole) and James Brumby, Jr. (Thank).
