He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sullivan and Lily Sullivan (Rayner); his son Mike Sullivan; his stepson William "Billy" Sullivan; and his brother William "Bill" Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sullivan; his children, Stephanie Wartenberg (David), Ernie Sullivan (Angela) and Stephen Sullivan (Jamie); his daughter-in-law Marie Sullivan; his stepchildren, Terry Sullivan and Jenny Cramer (Scot); his brother Bob Sullivan (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Dee Sullivan. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
