He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Wright and Beverly Wright; his children, Deborah Goins (Jeff) and Rick Wright Jr. (Missy); his grandchildren, Krysta Fry (Cody), Amy Kosich, Brooke Goins (Alex Montanez), Isabella Wright, Anna Claire Wright and Mary Allynn Wright; his great grandchildren, Sophia Kosich and Trenton Kosich; and his siblings, JoAnn Owen (John), Carol Barfield (Dennis Sr.), Johnny Wright and Kenny Wright (Kindhal). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
