He is survived by : his wife Gayle Collins; his daughter Holly Collins; his grandchildren, Blake and Brooke; and his brothers, Rev Richard [Jeanie] Collins and Tracy [Deborah] Collins. He is also survived by his wife, daughter, and grandchildren.
