He is survived by: his spouse Mary Louise Pitts Carlson; his sister-in-law Ethel Carlson of Nancy Carlson; his daughters, Rosemary Grill (Larry) and Linda Newton (Gerald); and his grandchildren, Cheryl Hays (Eric), Rob Wilson (Lauren), Chad Wooten (Heather), Carmen Preston (Ben), Jeremi Cartier (Ashley) and Carrie Cartier. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
