In the vast expanse of eternity, may Stockton Richard find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Gordon Hess and Luther Frank Hess; and his brother Robert F. Hess. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Capley; his sons, Mark W Hess (Sonja), Richard G. Hess (Maria), Alexander I. Hess (Lyndsy) and Andrew P. Hess; his stepdaughters, Marie Boyce (Randy Wright), Amy N. Boyce (Geoff Anderson) and Ashly V. Boyce (Chad Whittaker); and his brother Harry L. Hess. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews as well as great and grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
