It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Nolan Randall Sr. (Panama City, Florida), who passed away on April 11, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Powell Randall and Margaret Nolan Randall; and his nephew Shawn Alexander Randall. He is survived by: his significant other Barbara Guereno; his children, Melissa Ann Randall and Ted Nolan Randall Jr; his sister Susan Randall Hendrix; his aunt Mimi Carroll; and his uncle Ken Carroll. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
