He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Tonissen and Veronica O'Connell; his wife Anne; and his sons, Kirby and Walter.
He is survived by: his brother Eugene; his daughter Anne Marie; his grandchildren, Ashley, Patrick and Kristi; and his great grandchildren, Keegan, Alastar, Sydney and Lachlan.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home (2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery.
