She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schlott and Evelyn Rowe; and her daughter Sandra Ann Carter. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Luongo and Albert W. Carter III; her grandchildren, Rachel Gonzalez (Freddie) and Michael Luongo (Annie Mesia Quijada); her son-in-law William Luongo; her great grandchild Nicholas Day; and her sibling's children, Sandra Schlessman and Ryan Barna (Diana).
