It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Dolores Carter of Pembroke Pines, Florida, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Schlott and Evelyn Rowe; and her daughter Sandra Ann Carter. She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Luongo and Albert W. Carter III; her grandchildren, Rachel Gonzalez (Freddie) and Michael Luongo (Annie Mesia Quijada); her son-in-law William Luongo; her great grandchild Nicholas Day; and her sibling's children, Sandra Schlessman and Ryan Barna (Diana).
