We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2022, at the age of 93, Betty Sue Thompson of Pensacola, Florida, born in Mize, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Crayton Jones and Alpha Lee Burris Jones; her former husband Samuel Haskell; her daughter Nancy Murphy; and her siblings, Rolland Jones and Mary Jones.

She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Thompson; her children, Roger Murphy (Sue Kelley), Linda Hoff and Jennifer Moszkowski; and her siblings, Ralph Jones, Larry Jones and Frances Griffin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and five great great grandchild.
