She was predeceased by: her mother Betty Jean Berlin. She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hotard; her children, Troy Hotard (Nicole), Natalie Hotard Sistrunk (Jason) and Scott Hotard (Katie); her siblings, Paul Berlin (Janice) and Terrye Stidham (Darren); her grandchildren, Megan Hotard Smith (Jaden), Nicolas Hotard, Andie Forbes, Benjamin Forbes, Jack Hotard, Betty Drew Hotard and Shepherd Hotard; and her great grandchild Sage Hotard Smith.
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kramer Funeral Home (2905 Masonic Dr, Alexandria, LA 71301). A rosary will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church - Alexandria (401 21st St, Alexandria, LA 71301).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105), Tunnel to Towers Foundation (2361 Hylan Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10306), or Wounded Warrior Project (P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516), organizations to which Cecilia was an avid and passionate donor.
