He was predeceased by : his parents, Clay Boozer of Brewton, Alabama. and Grace Wisdom Boozer of Brewton, Alabama.. He is survived by : his wife Jackie Boozer of Pensacola; his son Greg Boozer; his daughter-in-law Tish of Gulf Breeze; his grandsons, Keiji and Kaelen; his siblings, Dennis Boozer (Ella Anne) of Beaumont, California and Brenda Jackson of Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and his pets, Tootsie, Tug and Goldie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Friends of the Escambia County Animal Shelter and Hotel for Cats and Dogs.
