He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane Mims Kalivoda; his sibling Jess Hurtado; his siblings-in-law, Sandra Mems Sansbury of Columbus, GA and Dan Mims, Jr. of Columbus, GA.; and his parents, Ernest Kalivoda and Ruth Marsh Kalivoda. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
