He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Norma "Jeanne" West, Donald and Clara Endress; and his brother-in-law James Castleberry. He is survived by: his wife Tracy Smith Endress; his children, Josalin, Jazmine, Claire, Collis and Carter; his parents, Donald Endress and Norma Endress; his siblings, Kelly Brown (Kevin), Kim Perdue (Eric), Donald "Buddy" Endress (Leah) and Katie Castleberry; and his grandfather George West. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
