He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Brevard, Irma Samworth, Ernie and Leaoma Eigenheer. He is survived by: his wife Anita Davis; his sons, Johnny and Preston; his mother Joan Rose; his stepfather Ed Rose; and his brothers, Mark Renholts (Lauralee) and Robert Rose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
