She was predeceased by: her former husband Sidney R. Perry III; her siblings, Jackie Bolt, Hazel Ebsary, Donald Barker and Bennis Barker; and her son Adrian Lee Jacobs.

She is survived by: her husband Sid Perry; her children, Gregory Jacobs (Josephine), Teresa Freeman (Tom), Michele Lea Jacobs and Sidney R. Perry IV (Marie); her grandchildren, Ashley Roman (Jonathon), Corrina Campbell, Luke, Lindsey Perry and Justin Tuohy (Sheena); her great grandchildren, Lawson, Greyson Roman, Brandon, Kenzi Tuohy and Alexander Campbell; her pets, Duke and Roo; and her siblings, Gary Barker, Lin Barker (Sandy), Bill Barker (Raye) and Deannie Jones. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.

Due to Covid and Madge's wishes, there will not be a visitation.
