He is survived by : his sister Mattie Freeman; his wife Lily Graham; his sister Lilly Bell Robinson (Walter) of Marianna, Florida; his stepsister Sarah Jo Wingate of Pensacola, Florida; and his children, Betty Bloxson of Fort Walton Beach, Melvin Jr. of Raleigh, NC., Rose Mary Coleman of Mansfield, OH., Carolyn Johnson (Josh Sr.) of Milton, FL., Spencer Graham of Milton, FL., Shirley Rich of Milton, FL., Barbara Waitman (James) of Milton, FL. and Clinton Hall of Milton, FL.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
