It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Frances Owen of Pensacola, Florida, born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eric McLaughlin and Alice McLaughlin. She is survived by: her husband Robert Owen; her daughters, Tonya Welch and Wendy Melvin; and her grandchildren, Megan Opava, Caleb Opava, Hannah Welch, Elizabeth Welch, Alyssa Johnson and Felicity Smith.
