It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Frances Owen of Pensacola, Florida, born in Morristown, New Jersey, who passed away on April 11, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Eric McLaughlin and Alice McLaughlin. She is survived by : her husband Robert Owen; her daughters, Tonya Welch and Wendy Melvin; and her grandchildren, Megan Opava, Caleb Opava, Hannah Welch, Elizabeth Welch, Alyssa Johnson and Felicity Smith.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel (2276 Airport Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504).
