He is survived by: his wife Dianne Campbell of Summerdale, AL; his sons, Samuel Campbell of Bristol, TN, Brian Duffey (Wynette) of Summerdale, AL and Kenneth Duffey (Melissa) of Pensacola, FL; his grandchildren, Arron Campbell, Christopher Campbell, Dianna-Jo Sherman (Nicolas), Krista Holsen, Olivia Gabrielson, Danielle Duffey and Rylie Duffey; his great grandchildren, Aubrie Campbell and Luna Sherman; and his sisters, Janice Herndon and Kathy Guenther (Doug).
