He was predeceased by : his brother Jack A. Bell; and the mother of his children Judith K. Bell. He is survived by : his wife Joy Bell; his children, Robert D. Bell, Jr., Karen King Bell Quigley and Cynthia Suzanne Haan; his grandchildren, Max, Camille, Luke Quigley, Bailey, Jacob and Owen Pritchard; his sister-in-law Ann Bell; his nieces, Liz Noyes, Carrie Begley and Kathleen Kagan; and also John Bell.
