She is survived by: her sons, Derrick Chadwick and Stephen Chris Chadwick (Kate); her granddaughters, Dezurea Chadwick, Amber Kirk (Clay), Jamie Turner (Taylor) and Haley McMillian; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Sam, Presley and Jack.
