He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Flack and Helen Martin Flack; and his brother Melvin Flack. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Flack; his children, Teresa Albright (Wayne) and Ben Flack Jr. (Lori); and his siblings, Terry Flack (Linda) and Linda Mull. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
