He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughters, Cindi, Lisa and Kelly; his mother Janice; his sister Diana; and his stepson Michael. He is also survived by many grandchildren, a great-grandson.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the The Wishing Well Barn (4302 Pippin Rd, Plant City, FL 33567).
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to Lustgarten Pancreatic Cancer Research in Chad's honor.
