She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Harrell and Mary Lee Harrell of Plant City. She is survived by: her children, Christy Howard (Alpheus Bullard) and Charlie Howard (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Mason and Isabel; her brother John Harrell (Lily Azmitia) of Texas; and her aunt Betsy Paschall. She is also survived by extended family and countless friends.
