He was predeceased by : his sister Morgan Stewart; and his grandparents, Hilton, Louise Hudgins and Melba Bryant. He is survived by : his parents, Sandy Ferrell and James Stewart; his son Cody Lee Stewart; his siblings, Cory Stewart, Chris Stewart, Tosha Stewart and Nicholas Stewart; his aunt Cindy Brooks; and his uncle Sam Hudgins. He is also survived by several other cousins, friends, and other family members.
