She was predeceased by : her parents, Marion Gaffney and Rosa Gaffney; her husband Charles Smith (C. G.); and her siblings, Stella Bowers, Drewey Gaffney, Howard Gaffney, Marvin Gaffney, Gladys Powell and Helen Adams.
She is survived by : her children, Beverly Familetti (John) and Chuck Smith (Carol); and her granddaughters, Laura Knutson and Rebecca Warnick. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
