She was predeceased by : her parents, Edwin Small and Mable Small; her husband William Steelman; her daughter Charlene Jacobs; and her sister Marie Bond.
She is survived by : her son Dennis Steelman; her sisters, Mary Sue Ford (Jim) and Martha Scott; and her brother-in-law Johnny Bond. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
