She was predeceased by: her parents, Luz Maria Nales Ruiz and Vicente Ruiz. She is survived by: her husband Richard Murgia; her children, Arturo "Artie" Andino (Andrea Andino) of Selma and Milagros "Millie" Andino-Tyson (Stefan Tyson) of Wake Forest; her grandchildren, Hans, Adriana Tyson, Dennis and Marisa Andino; her sister Roxanna Rivera (Manuel Rivera) of Puerto Rico; and her sister-in-law Georgia Ruiz of New Jersey. She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clancy Strickland Wheeler Funeral Home (1051 Durham Rd, Wake Forest, NC 27587).
