He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Susan Barber-Kowalski, Teresa Driscoll (Tom), Evelyn Whitlock and Harry Magee; his stepchildren, Susan Smith (Tim), Pam Ivey (Tom), Ellen Fox (John), Robin Maciag, Karen Metz and Dean Pushlar (Nicole); and his sisters, Rebecka Brockway of Kentucky and Ora Holley (Ken) of Kentucky.
